Rutzegli was born and raised in Venezuela and graduated with a degree in general medicine and later specialized in internal medicine. Before moving to the United States, she pursued a career as a doctor at various hospitals in Venezuela.

She is married and has a wonderful 25 year old son. She and her husband currently reside in Gainesville, Georgia. Rutzegli is the proud grandmother to a loving toddler and will become a second time grandmother in early 2024. After migrating to the United States in 2019 she began a career as a full time private nanny where she found a new passion for education and childhood.

After a friend introduced her to the Montessori philosophy, Rutzegli was excited to join our team as a Toddler assistant. Here she is continuing to expand her knowledge daily while serving the children in her care. She enjoys singing to the children and engaging in fun activities with them.

She spends her free time with her family and grandchildren and cherished every moment with them.
