Ms. Rachel has been working as a primary aftercare assistant since January 2023. Before that, she has worked during the summer camps since 2020.

She was born in Atlanta and has lived in the Roswell area her whole life. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business management from Kennesaw State University.

She enjoys working in a Montessori environment because of how the children get to have more hands-on learning than in a typical school setting and how they learn independence from a young age. She truly loves working with children because she can see how they learn and grow over time.

Even though she is only an aftercare assistant, she always tries to be a positive influence and make each child feel valued and appreciated. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, going on walks and hikes, and baking.
