Ms. Elizabeth was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. She moved to Atlanta in 1997, with her husband Wilmer who accepted a job offer from Deloitte Consulting.

She holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration, with a major in Human Resources from Simon Rodriguez University in Caracas, Venezuela. 

Ms. Elizabeth has been working in Montessori Schools settings since 2008 as Primary Teacher Assistant and afternoon care teacher.

Previously she worked for four years at Berlitz International Language Center in Atlanta, and 22 year for the Oil Venezuelan Company, PDVSA. 

She likes to work at Milton Montessori School because of the work environment , leadership and all personnel including teachers and staff. “Working with children gives us a lot of joy and makes us laugh”

Ms. Elizabeth since the very beginning she started working at Milton Montessori was fascinated with its method and philosophy  that provides children to independently learn at their own pace from the early years in a natural way. 

She currently lives in Alpharetta, GA with her husband and two beautiful dogs, Chester and Prince. In her free time she loves reading, practicing Chi Kung and studying personal development.
