Fouzia Kapadia
Fouzia was born in Karachi, Pakistan. In the early 2000’s, Fouzia moved to the United States to further her educational studies earning a bachelor’s degree in Biology. Before working in a school setting, she owned and operated a food franchise and worked as a sales executive in a corporate environment. Having both of her own children in a Montessori environment during their early childhood, made Fouzia become passionate about education. Following this passion for children, she decided to embark in the journey of Montessori education and completed her AMS certification as a Lead Primary Guide.
Looking for growth and the opportunity to open a new classroom, she began her work here at MMSKM as a Lead guide. She enjoys teaching and guiding children in their educational journeys and nurturing their independence and ability to practice responsibility. Becoming a Montessori guide has allowed Fouzia to do what she loves most, serving others. She truly enjoys the home-like environment and witnessing the children grow and learn at their own pace.
Fouzia currently resides in Duluth, Ga with her husband and two wonderful children ages 17 and 12. Having a strong devotion to her faith, during her free time, Fouzia serves as an assistant principal at her religious community school looking over the pre-k and kindergarten program. She enjoys cooking for her family, going to the farmer’s market on the weekend, doing humanitarian work and playing badminton.
