Liana McReynolds
Liana was born in Manhattan, New York. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the College of New Jersey and then proceeded to expand her knowledge and education acquiring a Master’s degree in Community Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Prior to working as an Elementary Lead guide, Liana worked as an adult case manager in a residential facility, as an individual and group therapist to court appointed youth in a shelter and residential facility, and as a toddler preschool teacher in a Christian based preschool. Following her passion for youth and education, Liana began her Montessori journey in the year 2012 completing her Lower and Upper Elementary Montessori certification.
Looking for an opportunity to spend more time with her own children, she seeked a career at MMSKM and serves as our Elementary lead guide. Liana loves to teach her Elementary students and enjoys experiencing life through their eyes. She likes that Montessori philosophy allows children the time and space to master topics at their own pace.
She is the mother of two delightful boys and currently resides in Cumming, Ga with her husband and one son. In her free time she finds joy in reading, going on hikes, cooking, and in playing Candy Crush
