Ms. Neelima was born in India. She came to the US in 2004 after her husband got an IT job here.

She pursued her Master’s degree in Business Administration in her home country.

As her son was so young, before she started her career in a school setting, she used to do home tutoring for elementary children.

When she felt her children had grown enough and were a little responsible, she looked for a job and found an opening in Milton Montessori. She attended the interview and got the opportunity to work here.

From working with children, Ms. Neelima loves they show you love and affection in different ways. “One of the best parts of working with children is it’s guaranteed that they share their love for us in someway during the day, everyday.”

She feels that Montessori is a very effective way of teaching young children and it focuses on the individual child and their potential.

Ms. Neelima got Married and has two lovely and affectionate children, a boy and a girl. She lives in Suwanee, Georgia.

On her free time, she loves listening to music, go for a walk and have some nice family time.
