Prior to working in a Montessori environment, Nathalie was a corporate assistant manager in the telecommunications industry for over 9 years where she underwent leadership, sales and customer relations training amongst many more. Through the beautiful journey of motherhood, and many years of having her own children in a Montessori environment, a deep passion for education was awakened and she fell in love with the Montessori approach.

Wanting to make a bigger impact in her community, she decided to pursue a career as a Montessori Middle School assistant teacher in 2018. While in this role she completed an introduction to Secondary Montessori training through the Cincinnati Montessori Secondary Teacher Education Program. In addition, Nathalie mentored middle school students for Big Brothers Big Sister of Miami enabling them to receive scholarship funds to further their education. She later became an AMS certified infant and toddler Lead guide. Nathalie finds joy in serving children and their families and has served as a member of an Academic Committee of an AMS/ SACS accredited school. Here she studied, discussed, and completed a certified training on Conscious Discipline: Building Resilient Schools and Homes. After a few years in the classroom, she decided to take the role as a School Director and chair of our AMS accreditation committee.

Her rooted belief is that every child is to be respected, observed, included, considered and is an important member of the community. Her goal is to create a loving environment where all families, children and staff feel respected and safe.

Nathalie currently resides in Cumming, Ga with her husband of 10 years and their two loving children, Gabe and Emma. She is a lover of Jesus, motherhood, plants, animals, journaling, nature, serving the children at her church, pottery, camping and crafting.
