Ms. Rebecca was born in Atlanta, Georgia. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Georgia State in Political Science and her AMI Montessori certification from Centro Internazionale Studi Montessoriani in Bergamo, Italy. 

Prior to becoming a teacher, she worked as a legal assistant, then office manager for a law firm. 

Ms. Rebecca began working as an assistant in a Montessori school when her daughter started in Primary. From there, she became an assistant in an Elementary classroom and decided to pursue the Elementary Training.

She enjoys working with the students in the Montessori Elementary community for many reasons. She enjoys their independence, their sense of humor, their willingness to try new things, their enthusiasm. They have great love for each other and their teachers, and they will make you laugh every day.

Ms. Rebecca lives in Cumming, Georgia. She has 2 children, a son and a daughter. Her daughter was in a Montessori classroom until they moved to Italy when she was 7.

In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
